The continental cycling team continues to delight us with its achievements.

Since the beginning of the year, a youth team has received several awards for their sports achievements. At the Winter Championship of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Taraz, Vino — Astana Motors won a gold medal in TTT (team time trial). At that time, Alexey Voloshin became a winner of the group race. In early May, Stepan Astafyev won a ranking and took the 2nd place in the general classification in the Tour of Sri Lanka. Earlier in March, he also won the Grand Prix of Side in Turkey. Later, the team attended a training camp in Almaty.

Just for reference, Vino — Astana Motors is a continental cycling team, which was founded in 2014 by Alexander Vinokourov, a Kazakhstani professional cyclist and an Olympic champion. The team has been supported by President of Astana Group Nurlan Smagulov since 2017. Arman Kamyshev, a former member of the Astana Pro Team and a champion of Kazakhstan in 2016, joined the team this year.
